IPManager is made in Visual Basic.NET and Windows Command Shell Batch Programming.

Main features:

- Works only for 255.255.255.0 type sub-net masks
- Changes IP Address to Random value
- Checks Ping and Notifies if computer connects or disconnects
- Customizable Alerts
- Color changing icon, according to connectivity and audio alerts(optional)
