Sente for iPad is a smart tool that lets you take your Sente libraries with you wherever you go on your iPad.

With Sente for iPad, you can carry around a library of thousands of references, including PDFs, everywhere you take your iPad. Read the latest research papers wherever and whenever you want. Easily locate any paper in your library using the many organizational tools in Sente.

Sente Viewer for iPad lets you install Sente libraries on your iPad and view them anywhere, including any PDFs they contain. Sente Viewer for iPad is useful if you use Sente on your Macintosh computer and want to be able to access your data on-the-go. It is also useful to people who have access to Sente libraries created by someone else, such as a colleague or instructor, even if you do not use Sente for Mac.

Sente Viewer for iPad lets you install any number of Sente libraries on to your iPad and view their contents, including attachments. You can quickly search through each library using the built-in smart collections or any custom smart collections created in Sente for Mac, and search for references containing words or phrases. And if you want to share a reference with someone, you can use Sente for iPad to send it in an email message.

If you install a Sente library that was created as a synchronized library, the contents of the library will be automatically kept in sync with all other copies, no matter where you are, as long as you are connected to the Internet. You do not need to be on the same local network as any of the other copies of the library. No matter how long it has been since you last opened a synchronized library, it will be automatically brought up-to-date when you open it on the iPad. This means that you will always have access to your complete library from anywhere on your iPad.

Sente Viewer, as its name implies, does not let you make any changes to the data on your iPad. You cannot add or remove references from the library, nor can you edit references. Sente Viewer does not include support for targeted browsing for reference acquisition. Nor does it support PDF highlighting or note taking.
