With more and more enhancements included with every Windows release, we notice that some aspects have been left behind like the dialog for opening file and folders and saving them. This however has not been overlooked by 3delite and here is their solution - Vanga Rengi Mangaro.
Vanga Rengi Mangaro is a flexible, feature rich solution designed to replace the outdated Windows default file open, save and folder selector dialogs. The application provides faster access to any disk location and just a bit more. With a smart interface designed to speed up your work, you can bookmark directories, display content in a thumbnail view mode, search files and much more.
Vanga Rengi Mangaro is easily customizable to user needs. It can save specific application settings, control focus, the number of recent folders and files to remember, automatically go into folders after creating them, millisecond precise time display, enable balloon hints. Thumbnails can be displayed for multiple types of content including images, text files, videos and audio extensions (HTM, HTML, MHT, SWF, URL, XML, WAV, AIF, AIFF, AIFC, MP3, MP2, MP1, MPA, OGG, MOD, MO3, IT, XM, S3M, MTM, UMX, TEXT, TXT, AVI, MPG, MPEG, DIVX, XVID, TS, MKV, WMV).
The application can deal with multiple types of file name issues by converting them (automatically convert first letter to uppercase, underscore to space, decode URL encoded file names). File extensions can be hiden or displayed in upper / lower case. Create file name templates for quick name conversions.
It includes an option to cache the thumbnails on a per folder basis just like the Windows dialog but with better output quality and support for audio files.
Drag and drop actions are also available allowing for even faster access.
Full screen viewer is available for those with a second monitor for images, audio and document files.
Vanga Rengi Mangaro is compatible with multiple Windows releases including Xp, Vista and 7. It is available for download as a shareware with access to all features for a limited period of 25 days.
